There is an abundance of oil in circulation but travelling is limited, how irony. It will take a recovery in demand to really turn the market round and that will depend on how the health crisis unfolds. Rite and Edible

A nostalgic food, salted egg. It is known as a century egg. It is either you will enjoy it or you just avoid it. It is a preserved egg soaked in brine or packed in a thick layer of salted charcoal paste. It is traditionally made with duck egg for a richer taste and texture. The egg white has a sharp salty taste and the yolk is rich and fatty. Not only salted egg is served with rice and porridge, it can be consumed in the form of chips, french toast, pasta, pizza even dough nut and muffin. It has become a sought after flavor at present for its fans. Now that Ramadan is just around the corner, mixed rice with salted egg is essential for pre-dawn meal as it gives the sensational savor that will keep you awake!. **********************

Refresh, recoup and regroup are imperative then emerge victorious for there is a light at every end of a tunnel tho' some tunnels happen to be longer than others. Salud. ↬↬↬↬↬↬↬↬↬↫↫↫↫↬↬

Whirling Dervish and Finding Sufism The Dervishes wear all white long gowns with full skirts and hats. Seemingly tireless, the dancers can spin and whirl for hours at a time with their arms held up in the air. They assume this stance so that they are open to receive the blessings and energy from heaven. The goal of whirling and spinning is to achieve a state of Sufism.
